Author: adminPageviews:

1 Scope of application

This regulation applies to the maintenance and use of the group company's single-rope winding mine hoist, shaft sinking hoist and JTP mine hoisting winch.

2 Equipment principle and structure

The single-rope winding mine hoist uses the electric motor to transmit the power to the reel of the winding wire rope through the reducer, so as to realize the lifting and lowering of the container; realize the speed regulation through electric transmission; the disc brake is braked by hydraulic and electric control; A position indication system to realize the depth indication of the container; a mechanical, electrical, and dual combined control system composed of various sensors and control elements to realize the monitoring and protection of the whole machine; to realize the information transmission inside and outside the hoist through computer and network technology . It is composed of motor, reducer, main shaft device, braking device, depth indicator, electric control system and console.

4 Equipment inspection and maintenance

4.1 The specific content of the operator's self-inspection and self-repair

(1) If the bolts or pins are loose or damaged, they should be tightened or replaced in time.

(2) All lubrication parts, transmission devices and bearings must be kept well lubricated, and unqualified oil (grease) is prohibited.

(3) When the brake shoe wear reaches the specified value, it should be replaced in time. If the brake shoe and brake wheel or brake disc have oil stains, they should be wiped clean.

(4) If the position of the depth indicator is not on time, contact the handlebar in time to adjust it again.

(5) If the safety protection devices such as over-winding, loose rope and brake shoe wear are inaccurate or ineffective, they must be adjusted or dealt with immediately.

(6) When the light and sound signal fails or does not work, if the bulb is damaged or the position is inaccurate, the operator should be responsible for replacement or adjustment; if it is an electrical failure, contact an electrician for handling.

(7) Always keep the indoor environment clean and tidy.

4.2 Basic content of daily inspection

(1) Use an inspection hammer to check whether the connecting parts (such as bolts, rivets, pins, etc.) of each part are loose, and observe the meshing of the reducer gear through the inspection hole.

(2) Check the oil supply of the lubrication system and the working condition of the brake system.

(3) Check the looseness of the screw nut of the depth indicator, and whether the actions of the protection device and the instrument are normal.

(4) Check the stability of each rotating part, such as whether the bearing vibrates, and whether each machine base and foundation bolts (screws) are loose.

(5) Test the over-rolling protection device.

(6) Try the loose rope signal device once by hand to test various signals (including full warehouse, start-up, shutdown, emergency signals, etc.).

(7) Check the contact wear of each contactor (signal panel, rotor control panel, inverter, etc.), and repair (use emery cloth and small files) or replace the burned ones to keep their contact in good condition.

(8) Check the rotation of the rope adjusting clutch and the crown wheel, such as gaskets, bearings, etc.

 (9) Check whether the structure of the lifting container and its auxiliary mechanisms (such as car stop, connecting device, tank ears, etc.) is normal.

(10) Check the connection and lubrication of the springs, catchers, linkage rods, etc. of the fall arrester system.

(11) Check the working conditions of wellhead loading equipment (such as cart machine, car climber, car tipper, car stopper, rocking table or tank seat, safety door, etc.).

(12) In accordance with the "Metallurgical Mine Safety Regulations", check the working conditions of the hoist wire rope and the arrangement of the wire rope on the drum.

4.3 Basic content of weekly inspection

The content of the weekly inspection includes the content of the daily inspection, and the following tasks must be carried out:

 (1) Check the brake system (disc brake and block brake), especially the action of the hydraulic station and brake, adjust the brake shoe gap, and tighten the connection mechanism.

 (2) Check the operation of various safety protection devices (such as over-winding, over-speed, speed limit, etc.); check whether the rivets of the drum are loose and whether the weld is cracked; check the arrangement of the steel wire rope on the drum and the fixing of the rope head Is it reliable?

(3) Check and clean the catcher of the fall arrester, adjust and fill it with oil if necessary.

(4) Check the working condition of the balance wire rope according to the requirements of the "Metallurgical Mine Safety Regulations".

4.4 Basic content of monthly inspection

The basic content of the monthly inspection includes the content of the weekly inspection, and the following tasks are required:

(1) Open the observation hole cover and inspection door of the reducer, and check the gear meshing in detail.

(2) Check and adjust the hydraulic station and safety protection device in detail, and clean the hydraulic parts and pipelines if necessary.

(3) Disassemble the coupling and check its working conditions, such as clearance, end face tilt, radial displacement, whether the connecting bolts and pins are broken, loose and worn.

(4) Check the operation of the reel and main bearing.

(5) Check and replace the lubricating oil in each part, clean or replace some parts of the lubrication system (such as oil pump, oil filter and pipeline, etc.).

(6) Clean up the anti-drop gear system and oiling, adjust the gap. (7) Check the equipment of the well, such as the brake wire rope and buffer wire rope for the tank channel, the tank beam and the fall arrester.

(8) Adjust the operating parameters of the electrical control system and replace failed electrical components.

(9) Test the action of safety protection device and braking system.

(10) Check the operation of the sky wheel.
